L'Oréal Brandstorm is an innovation competition organized by L'Oréal for young people aged 18 to 30. It's designed to encourage creativity and entrepreneurship by challenging participants to develop innovative projects related to beauty and technology.

Participants form teams of three and work on projects that aim to reinvent the future of beauty through tech, data, or generative AI. The competition includes several stages, from registration and team formation to project submission and local and international finals. DOING A CHECK IN ON MY JOB SEEKERS

Going into the holiday season without a job is always tough. Like how am I supposed to get in the holiday spirit with no money coming in? I know the feeling, so I wanted to do a check in on those still job searching.

First off… How are you?

No one knows the mental drain of applying for jobs & constantly getting rejected with the holidays right around the corner... until they actually go through it. It can feel a little lonely but try your best to keep positive energy around you. Good vibes are transferable just like your skills 😉 

Here are a few resources I know of that can help during these tough times:

🧡 Market research opportunities for some extra income & usually pays out quickly

🧡 Local food banks typically give out free turkeys, hams or side dishes

🧡Calling 211 for financial assistance options

🧡Applying for charity organizations like Toys for Tots for my job seekers with children

I know it may seem like a never-ending process, but believe me when I say, trouble don’t last forever.
