Dear Future Hires,
Last week, I had the honor of attending the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit in Columbus, Ohio as a PeduL House Influencer. It was surreal, energizing, and yes… I just made the age cut at 30. 😅
But this wasn’t just a personal win… it was a platform moment!
I built Get Me Hired Kristi to empower job seekers who’ve been ghosted, scammed, or gatekept. To turn career setbacks into teachable moments. To make hiring more transparent, inclusive, and human. And at Forbes, I got to bring that mission to life.
As part of the PeduL House, I connected with equity-driven leaders, shared space with founders, and soaked up insights that will shape the next wave of content, carousels, and toolkits I create for this community.

I use to get so jealous of other content creators in the beauty & lifestyle space. Wishing I could be more like them and land super big brand deals. But when it was all said & done, I just needed to be myself and focus on bringing my skills and talents to life, ultimately helping my job seekers get hired!
